Ferdinando Gandolfi
Ferdinando Gandolfi (born January 5, 1967 in Genoa ) is a former Italian water polo player .
Gandolfi played for Circolo Canottieri Napoli until 1992 and then from 1992 to 1997 for the also Neapolitan club Circolo Nautico Posillipo , where he was involved in four championship wins from 1993 to 1996.
At the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona, Gandolfi won the gold medal with the Italian national team. In 1993 the Italian team won the World Cup and the European Championship, followed by the World Championship in 1994.
