Fereydoun Diba

Fereydoun Diba ( Persian فریدون دیبا; * 1920 ) was an Iranian diplomat .

Fereydoun Diba was the son of Hossein Diba .

Career

On November 29, 1950, he became second class legation secretary in Rome.

After the coup d'état in Syria on September 28, 1961, which led to Syria's departure from the United Arab Republic until November 16, 1965, Diba was the ambassador in Damascus .

From November 16, 1965 to 1968 he headed the Iranian mission to the European Commission.

From 1968 to 1970 he was ambassador to Warsaw .
