Ferhat Çökmüş (born February 14, 1985 in Bern ) is a Swiss-Turkish football player .

Player career

Çökmüş has been a professional since July 2005. Initially, he was in the squad of Young Boys Bern , but in the 2005/06 winter break he moved to Trabzonspor in the Turkish Süper Lig after just one appearance in the Super League . He has been with Manisaspor since 2009 .

In the summer of 2012, his contract with Manisaspor expired and so he moved to the Turkish first division club Orduspor . A year later he left Orduspor and moved to Adana Demirspor within the 2nd Turkish League . At the end of July 2015 he left this club.

National team

The defender was part of the Swiss U-20 national team .
