Fernando Remírez de Estenoz Barciela

Fernando Remírez de Estenoz Barciela (born October 1951 in Guanabacoa ) is a Cuban politician and diplomat.

Life

He is a doctor who graduated from Havana University . He is married and has two children.

Remírez de Estenoz was the head of the External Relations Department of the Communist Party of Cuba from 2004 to March 2009 . From 1992 he was first deputy foreign minister. 1995-2001 head of the Cuban Interests Division in Washington, DC. Cuban ambassador to the UN 1993–1994.
