Fernando Valenzuela (diplomat)
Fernando M. Valenzuela (born November 12, 1948 ) is a Spanish diplomat . From 2004 to 2009 he was Head of the European Union Delegation to the United Nations in New York. Today Valenzuela is the EU ambassador to Russia .
