The Ferrovia Paulista SA (FEPASA) was a Brazilian state railway company in the state of São Paulo . The route network went as far as the state of Minas Gerais to the place Araguari and as far as the state of Paraná to the place Sengés and was merged in 1969 from various other companies on the initiative of the government of the state of São Paulo. The route network was later transferred to the state company Rede Ferroviária Federal on May 29, 1998 and then gradually privatized. On December 9, 1999, the private railway company América Latina Logística (ALL) received the concession to operate all FEPASA routes after an auction.
