Fezzz!
Fezzz! was an Austrian rock and fun pop band from the 1970s and 1980s. It was founded in 1977 by Toni Gruber under the name Fez . Werner Poglits, Joshuah Schneider and Sigi Ritter joined them.
The first single On the Road was produced in 1978. Austropop star Wilfried produced the first LP Fez the Night for Polydor in 1981 . Numerous appearances in Austria and Germany followed.
1983 the band renewed their image, called themselves in Fezzz! and developed in terms of style in the direction of German-language fun pop. The band achieved the greatest success with the singles Do you want a banana? , You dodl you! or a Hilly Billy fan .
