Fight Fair is an American pop punk band from San Diego , California. In 2008 they released their first EP called Settle the Score . 2010 followed her first album with California Kicks . You are signed to the New York record label Triple Crown Records .

history

The five band members first met while attending San Diego State University. By then, all five of them had already had band experience in high school. They met at a few parties and decided to bring their various musical influences together in a new band.

After establishing themselves in the San Diego scene, they recorded the eight-song EP Settle the Score , which they initially distributed themselves. Triple Crown Records later signed the band after the number of clicks on their MySpace page reached an impressive number.

After a few tours, the band decided to record their first real album, California Kicks , with producers Mike Green and Brian Grider . The next EP with the title Broken followed in spring 2011 .

music

A number of different influences can be discovered in the style of Fight Fair. The Beach Boys , The Descendents , blink-182 and Infest influenced the band. The band's pop side came out more prominently on their California Kicks album .
