Filaret Ilyich Galtschew ( Russian Филарет Ильич Гальчев ; born May 26, 1963 in Tarson, Georgian SSR ) is a Russian entrepreneur .
Life
Galtschew founded and heads the largest cement manufacturer in Russia, the Russian company Eurocement Group . According to US Forbes Magazine, Galtschew is one of the richest Russians and is listed in The World's Billionaires 2012. Galtschew is married and has two children.
