The Roman Catholic branch church Fritzendorf in the municipality of Hermagor is consecrated to St. Chrysanthus . It belongs to the parish of Egg . A church in Fritzendorf / Limerče was first mentioned in a document in 1784.

Today's neo-Gothic church consists of a three-axis nave, a retracted, single- bay choir with a three-eighth end and a northern addition to the sacristy. The western ridge turret is crowned by a pyramid helmet.

There is a wooden gallery in the flat-roofed nave. A retracted, pointed triumphal arch connects the nave with the choir. A chamfered, pointed arched door leads through the north wall of the choir into the sacristy .

The neo-Gothic main altar bears the figures of a mother of God as well as those of the princes of the apostles Peter and Paul . On the side altar from 1700 there is a figurine of St. Chrysanthus. The pulpit is neo-Gothic. The wooden statues of Saints Laurentius and Rochus were created by Franz Anton Detl in the late 18th century.
