The financial center of Hamburg eV is the regional cluster initiative of the Hamburg Finance .
history
It was founded on October 31, 2007 by 34 companies. In 2016 Finanzplatz Hamburg eV had over 100 members. These are mainly companies from the financial sector , but also scientific institutions, associations and private individuals with a connection to the financial sector . The initiative is supported by the Authority for Economics, Transport and Innovation of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg , which is itself a member. The management lies with the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce .
aims
The Hamburg financial center e. V. wants to strengthen the financial center Hamburg and its market participants. In addition, he strives to make the financial center more competitive, to give it an unmistakable image and to communicate this. The financial compass is awarded for innovative scientific achievements in the finance and insurance sector.
