The Finger Ridges consist of some mainly ice-free mountain ridges and rock spurs in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . They extend in the north-western part of the Cook Mountains over a length of 19 km, with the 1.5 to 3 km long individual ridges in a northerly direction from the main ridge.
The United States Geological Survey mapped them using tellurometer surveys and aerial photographs by the United States Navy between 1959 and 1963. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names gave them their descriptive name in 1965.
