Fiocchi Munizioni is an Italian ammunition manufacturer based in Lecco in Lombardy .
Fiocchi Munizioni sees itself as one of the leading manufacturers of small caliber ammunition, but also produces a large number of larger calibers . Fiocchi's products are mainly used in competitive and recreational sports and for hunting purposes, and to a lesser extent by security companies and authorities. The company's products have already won over 15 titles at summer and winter Olympics as well as other national and international titles. With a sales share of over 50%, the United States is the company's most important market.
The Fiocchi company was founded in 1876 and is managed by the fifth generation of the Fiocchi family. In January 2018, the private equity firm Charme Capital Partners acquired an absolute majority in Fiocchi Munizioni. After this transaction, the Fiocchi family retained a 40% stake in the company and Stefano Fiocchi was confirmed as CEO.
