The First International Computer, Inc. (FIC) is a Taiwanese computer manufacturer for other manufacturers components designed and manufactured. FIC produces motherboards , embedded computing systems , graphics cards , personal computers , notebooks , memory and mobile phones . The company was founded in 1980 by Ming-Jen Chien in Taipei, Taiwan and is listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE 3701). According to its own information, the company employed over 5000 people in 2007.

FIC also produced devices such as the Neo 1973 for the Openmoko operating system .
