fit & healthy is a weekly health magazine on DW-TV , the international television network of Deutsche Welle . The magazine provides information from the fields of medicine, fitness, nutrition and wellness in moderation, articles and studio interviews. "Fit & Healthy" is broadcast worldwide. Since February 6, 2012, in addition to the German and English versions ("in good shape"), the program has also been produced in Spanish ("en forma") and in Arabic ("صحتك بين يديك"). 200 million households worldwide can receive the programs in DW's program. In addition, partner stations around the world incorporate "fit & healthy" and the foreign language versions in their programs. In addition, it is distributed via live stream and video on demand.

Charisma

The roughly half-hour broadcast reaches all target regions of German international television at the respective prime time. The magazine has been broadcast weekly on DW in German and English since April 23, 2008, and in Spanish and Arabic since February 6, 2012, and is repeated several times.

Moderators

Dr. Carsten Lekutat moderates the German edition of the health magazine. The English version "in good shape" is also moderated by him. The Spanish version is moderated alternately by Rosa Casals and Jesús Marín. In the Arabic version, Maissun Melhem is in front of the camera.
