Space management
Land management is an instrument for the sustainable development of properties . It includes the complete analysis of the potential use of a fallow area , under economic and ecological aspects.
The goals of land management are an economically and ecologically sensible recovery of contaminated sites or fallow land and sustainable urban development . Associated with this is the reduction in land consumption through resealing .
Area management is used both when reintegrating a single area into the economic cycle and when developing entire urban areas or regions.
Good land management is a basic requirement for successful land recycling , whereby land management mainly deals with economic conditions, while land recycling describes the technical measures to bring about and enable renewed use (e.g. remediation of contaminated sites).
