Flatmania  is a French animated series that was produced between 2004 and 2006 .

13-year-old Vincent and Kyu, who is the same age, have a passion for reading . One day a dream will come true for them and while reading they will be drawn into the world of a magazine by a magical hurricane. This world is called Flatmania and it is characterized by the fact that everything is as flat as paper and the printed pages come to life.

Together, Kyu and Vincent explore the worlds of the different magazines and experience exciting adventures. They are also looking for a tear in the paper that will allow them to return to the real world.

Production and publication

The series was produced in France between 2004 and 2005. This resulted in 26 double episodes.

The German premiere took place on July 3, 2006 on  Nick Deutschland .
