The Fleet Antiterrorism Security Teams ( FAST ) or FAST Companies are specialized units of the US Marine Corps (USMC) established in 1987 , which report to the Commandant of the Marine Corps and the Chief of Naval Operations and are mainly used to protect US Navy facilities at home. and abroad.
