Mr. Ms. Tromp
The Dutch Koninklijke Marine owned a total of five ships named Hr. Ms. Tromp or Zr. Ms. Tromp , who were named after the Admiral Maarten Tromp :
- The first Zr. Ms. Tromp was an unprotected cruiser of Aceh class , 1877 been launched
- The second Mr. Ms. Tromp - full name: Maarten Tromp Harpertzoon - was a steam-powered armored battleship canceled in 1904 been launched and 1932
- The third Mr. Ms. Tromp was a light cruiser of the Tromp class , 1937 been launched, put into service in 1938, in the Second World War, used and canceled in 1969
- The fourth Mr. Ms. Tromp (F801) was the lead ship of her class of missiles - frigates left in 1973 from the stack, put into service in 1976 and 1999 launched
- The fifth Mr. Ms. Tromp (F803), the second ship of the De Zeven Provinciën class of destroyers / frigates , entered service in 2003
