Fleischwirtschaft is an international, monthly magazine on the subject of the meat industry from meat production to marketing.
It appears monthly in German , twice a year in Russian and Chinese and six times a year in English .

The meat industry was founded in Berlin in 1921 and appears in the dfv media group based in Frankfurt am Main . The scientific part of meat research and development should serve the exchange between research and practice.
