The Fliegermuseum Altenrhein (FMA) is an aviation museum at Altenrhein Airport . It has around 15 historical aircraft, most of which are still airworthy and flown regularly. Most of these aircraft have a strong connection to Swiss aviation. These classic cars are in the museum, but many are owned by private associations that also operate them, e.g. B. Bü 131 HB-UUY.
Members of the museum association have the opportunity to take part in a sightseeing flight with these classic cars, including a. also in the Hawker Hunter . There is also an original propeller of the legendary Do X as well as extensive documentation of its creation, as the former Dornier factory was located at Altenrhein Airport.
