Flow Dem is a five-piece British grimace band . She became known through her participation in the first season of the talent show Must Be the Music on the private TV channel Sky1 , from which she was eliminated in the semifinals.
The band consists of the five young musicians Mason (Mdot), Anton (Antizzle), Raymond (Lil Ray), Carvell (Lil C), Michael (MK), who come from the Welsh cities of Cardiff and Newport .
Before taking part in the show, they performed live at Fashion Wales Live and were supported by MC Skepta .
