The Mopti Airport , also known as Airport Ambodedjo , is the airport of the city of Mopti in Mali . It is located 14 km east of Mopti directly adjacent to Sévaré . The airport is currently not served by scheduled flights, but it is certified as an international airport. It opened in 1953.
