Aviation medical assistant

The Aero-medical assistant / the Flight Medical assistant (FlMedAss) are technically very specialized medical orderlies team Flugmedizin the Bundeswehr . In the rank of sergeant to staff sergeant (A 07 to A 09) they support an aviation doctor in all official and technical matters and organize his daily operations. The rise to the top rank of sergeant major is possible in a few special uses.

The training and job number is assigned by the Federal Office for Personnel Management of the Bundeswehr (BAPersBw), and the certification and award of the job badge "Aviation Medical Assistant Personnel" by the Air Force General Doctor at the Air Force Center for Aviation and Space Medicine .
