In Germany, Fluxys is the operator of the TENP network; In addition, Fluxys has a stake in the NEL project, the Trans-Adria-Pipeline and the Greek DESFA . In Switzerland, Fluxys operates the transit gas network.

In 2004 a gas explosion occurred on a Fluxys pipeline in Ghislenghien , in which 24 people died and more than 132 were injured, some seriously.
