Harvey Shain

Harvey Shain is an American theater and film actor . In the 1960s and 1970s he played under the pseudonyms Forman Shane and Forman Shain in some adult films .

Life

Shain began his film acting career with an episode role in Sunday Showcase 1959. After a supporting role in the horror film Day of the Nightmare from 1965, several appearances in adult films followed. It wasn't until 1977 in Planet of the Dinosaurs that he had a bigger role outside of the adult film industry.

After a good ten years from acting, he was seen in an episode of the Hill Street Police Station television series in 1987 . In 1997 he was seen in a total of three episodes of the mini-television series Out of Control in the role of Prof. Kranz . In 2001 he had a supporting role in Crocodile Dundee in Los Angeles . This was followed in the next few years by casts in television films, short films and episode roles in television series. From 2016 to 2017 he played the role of Grandpa Marvin in eight episodes in the television series This Just In .

Shain also works as a theater actor. He has already appeared on Broadway stages and in the Ahmanson Theater .
