Formula E Holdings
Formula E Holdings Ltd. ( FEH ) is a Hong Kong- approved company operating from its London branch that organizes and promotes the FIA Formula E Championship .
The company was founded in 2012 after the FIA won a tender to host the FIA Formula E Championship. According to the specifications of the FIA, racing cars that are powered exclusively by electricity should take part in this.
The company's founders and contract signatories with the FIA are Enrique Bañuelos and Alejandro Agag . The latter is the company's CEO.
The contract between Formula E Holdings Ltd. and the FIA has a term of ten years. FEH is committed to a minimum sum of 24.3 million for this period of the FIA dollars to repay.
Formula E Holdings has two subsidiaries: Formula E Operations (FEO) and Formula E Rights BV (FER), which is registered in the Netherlands .
