Formula E Holdings

Formula E Holdings Ltd. ( FEH ) is a Hong Kong- approved company operating from its London branch that organizes and promotes the FIA Formula E Championship .

The company was founded in 2012 after the FIA won a tender to host the FIA ​​Formula E Championship. According to the specifications of the FIA, racing cars that are powered exclusively by electricity should take part in this.

The company's founders and contract signatories with the FIA ​​are Enrique Bañuelos and Alejandro Agag . The latter is the company's CEO.

The contract between Formula E Holdings Ltd. and the FIA ​​has a term of ten years. FEH is committed to a minimum sum of 24.3 million for this period of the FIA  dollars to repay.

Formula E Holdings has two subsidiaries: Formula E Operations (FEO) and Formula E Rights BV (FER), which is registered in the Netherlands .
