Fornstugan

Fornstugan is a listed building in the Swedish city ​​of Kristianstad . It is now used as a café from May to September each year.

The wooden building is located in the city's Tivolipark . It was built in 1886 by Svante Svenson as a museum in an idealized Viking style of Swedish national romanticism . This makes Fornstugan one of the oldest Swedish museum buildings. It was used as a museum until 1913. Since 1982 the building has been under monument protection as Byggnadsminne .
