Fort Duquesne Bridge

Fort Duquesne Bridge is a bridge in Pittsburgh , Pennsylvania and is operated by PennDOT . It runs Interstate 279 over the Allegheny River . The span of the arch bridge is 130 meters (426 feet). In the north it is accessed via ramps and access bridges, which were examined for signs of fatigue in 2006 .

Trivia

The bridge plays a role in the film Jack Reacher , where it is the site of a possible assassination attempt.
