Training content in the 3rd year of training

In the last year of their training, the apprentices were taught how to use computer-aided processes in preparation and planning, how bathrooms are rejuvenated, how picture and drawing elements are released, removed and supplemented according to specifications, how to develop a picture concept and how to refine pictures become.

In addition, the trainees were informed about environmental protection measures, the application of occupational health and safety and accident prevention regulations and the organization of the training company throughout their training.

Training degree and certificates of achievement

An intermediate examination was carried out before the end of the second year of training. The final exam took place after the third year of training. Both exams consisted of a practical and a theoretical part. The practical part consisted of five work samples (e.g. creating a photographic reproduction on two different materials, creating a picture with application programs) and a test piece, each of which is carried out in a maximum of seven hours. The written part of the exam lasted a maximum of six hours and asked about what was learned in the subjects of laboratory work, work planning and work organization, design, and economics and social studies.
