Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is a hotel and residential complex in Toronto , Ontario , Canada . The residential complex consists of two high-rise buildings, the hotel building is approx. 205 meters high with 55 floors and the residential building is approx. 125 meters high with 30 floors. The complex is located at 36 Yorkville Avenue in Yorkville . The hotel is operated by the Canadian hotel chain Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts .

The buildings were designed by Peter Clewes from architectsAlliance. The building complex was built by Menkes Development Inc. The penthouse on the 55th floor was bought from an unknown person for C $ 28 million. This was the top selling apartment in Canada.
