Fox Chase

Fox Chase (German fox hunt ) is a neighborhood in the extreme northeast ( Far Northeast ) of Philadelphia in the US state of Pennsylvania .

The district is named after an inn from 1705. The Fox Chase train station of the same name is the eastern terminus of the R8 regional train line of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA).
