Frédéric Dohou is a politician from Benin . He is currently President of the Board of Directors of the “  Réseau des universités des sciences et technologies des pays d'Afrique au sud du Sahara  ”, a network of African universities.

Political career

Frédéric Douhou began his political career in 2001 as a special advisor to President Mathieu Kérékou . From 2003 he was Minister for Culture, Crafts and Tourism. In 2005 he became Minister for Communication and the Promotion of New Technologies, and he held this post and that of Government Spokesman until 2006. In the same year he was elected Foreign Minister ( ad interim ).
