François Rivière
François Rivière (born April 23, 1949 in Saintes ) is a French writer and comic book author .
His first major publication was a book about the comic artist Hergé in 1976. Shortly thereafter, he wrote his first comic in Pilote magazine : Die Serie Albany (German: The enigmatic cases of Francois Albany ) for the illustrator Floc'h , with whom he then created the series Blitz . At the same time he wrote the two volumes of Thierry Laudacieux (Eng .: The Adventures of Patrick Timmermans ). The mystical crime series Victor Sackville , which started in 1986, comprises 20 volumes . In the 1990s, comic book adventures with Agatha Christie and Jules Verne appeared by him.
Rivière has also been active as a youth novelist since the mid-1980s. A well-known series is called Jonathan Cap .
