Frank Astor (born May 28, 1959 in Hermeskeil ) is a German coach, trainer, entertainer, actor and author.

Life

Frank Astor grew up in Hermeskeil. He attended from 1980 to 1983 for the University of Music and Performing Arts in Hamburg and completed an apprenticeship as an actor. In addition, there was further training to become an NLP trainer, systemic coach and management consultant.

He has been touring stages in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with cabaret productions since 1988. Frank Astor is the author of the book "20 Methods to Fritter Your Life" (2007), which is now in its 10th edition. And "Future Now - the future is now!" (2017), which he wrote together with Michi Marchner and which describes the topic of digitization and the future in a humorous way. He runs a coaching practice on Lake Ammersee and leads seminars for goal setting, personal development, leadership and moderation.

Since 2000 he has mainly appeared at company events as an entertainer and speaker and presents internal company content and topics in a humorous way.
