Frank Dytkiewicz

Frank Dytkiewicz (* around 1947) is a former bench press and multiple Lower Saxony and German champion in his sport.

Life

As a member of the sports club FSV Sarstedt from 1861 Frank Dytkiewicz won

  • at the German men's bench press championships
    • 1988 the title of runner-up, together with Roger Brunner, Thomas Kulhawy, Eberhard Schwanke and Georg Vogel;
  • as well as at the German bench press championships (individual) held together with men and women in the men up to 110 kg class
    • 1993 the title of German runner-up with 230.0 lifted kg;
    • 1994 the title of German runner-up with 235.0 kg.

Frank Dytkiewicz had already won the title of Lower Saxony state champion ten times since the late 1970s and had already been crowned German bench press champion four times when he competed again in his sport at the Berlin Grand Prix in 1993 at the age of 46 : Although only the active class started there, Dytkiewicz was able to break his own German and European record in the senior class when he lifted 4.5 quintals in Berlin and won the Grand Prix. His coach at the time was Roger Brunner , with whom he celebrated his victory with his friend Giuseppe Morrone in Ricks-Café in Misburg .

In Lower Saxony , Frank Dytkiewicz holds the men's individual bench press, “Seniors Akl. II ”, in the class up to 110.0 kg the record with 225.0 kg for the SC Elite Hannover .
