Frank Fischer (football player)

Frank Fischer (* 1969 / 1970 ) is a former German football player .

Life

Fischer played with the Hamburg Silver Eagles and from 1995 to 2000 with the Hamburg Blue Devils . Three times (1996, 1997, 1998) he won the Eurobowl with Hamburg , and in 1996 the German championship. Fischer, who was used as the tight end , temporarily held the position of team captain for the Blue Devils. Because of his catch safety, the 1.87 meter long player was nicknamed "sticky finger".

In 2001 he became the head coach of the Hamburg Pioneers in the major league. In 2002 Fischer was part of the coaching staff of the Hamburg Blue Devils.
