Frank H. Hankins
Frank Hamilton Hankins (born September 27, 1877 in Wilkshire, Ohio , † January 24, 1970 in Franklin Lakes , New Jersey ) was an American sociologist and anthropologist . He was the 28th president of the American Sociological Association .
His work The Racial Basis of Civilization (1926) provides a critique of the Nordic doctrine and at the same time a historical overview of the topic.
