Frank Möller (athlete)

Frank Möller (born February 16, 1960 in Hohen Neuendorf ) is a former GDR athlete and active trainer.

From 1978 to 1988 he competed in competitive sports in the sprint disciplines (100 to 400 meters). The greatest successes were fourth place at the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul (4 x 400 meter relay) with the GDR relay and the German record that still exists today in this discipline. Since 1988 he has been working successfully as a trainer in the sprint area in Potsdam and partly for the DLV . The best known protégés of his coaching career with international successes are Sven Göhler (110 meter hurdles) and Claudia Grunwald (400 meters).
