Frank Oladeinde

Frank Oladele Oladeinde is an Austrian actor of Nigerian descent.

Career

Frank Oladele Oladeinde was born in Nigeria, where he also completed his school education. From 1964 to 1968 he attended Baptist High School in the city of Iwo in the state of Osun . In the 1970s he came to Austria and trained as an actor here. After he states that he has been self-employed since 1979, he began studying acting at the Max Reinhardt Seminar that year , which he completed in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts in theater. From 1984 to 1988 he also did his master's degree in theater at the Max Reinhardt Seminar.

His best-known role was that of Josephus Okonkwo in the television series Kaisermühlen Blues , which he played in a total of twelve episodes from 1992 to 1993. In The Festival of the Chicken (1992) he played the main role of Kayonga Kagame. He also starred in the films Drachenfutter (1987), Dark Enigmatic Austria (1994) and Now even more so (2003) as well as in the television series Dolce Vita & Co (2001).

Oladeinde can also be seen as a stage actor. He played leading roles in 1999 in the world premiere of Fritz Fellner's Emergency Landing and in 2002 in Fritz Hochwälder's The Refugee at the Jewish Theater Austria.
