Frank Warren (born February 28, 1952 in Islington , London ) is an English boxing promoter and manager.

Warren promoted his first show at London's Bloomsbury Crest Hotel in 1980.

On November 30, 1989, he was gunned down by a stranger in front of the Broadway Theater in Barking. A bullet from a .22 Luger pistol missed his heart by just over an inch. The ex-boxer Terry Marsh, who had been his first "world title" holder and was involved in a dispute over money with him, was initially accused of being the culprit, but his guilt was never proven and the crime never resolved.

In 1995 he entered into a contract with the pay-TV broadcaster Sky Sports, but they parted ways with him because of the low quality of his fights (especially WBO but also WBU "titles"), so that he now has to make do with the smaller broadcaster ITV .

After Mickey Duff (1929-2014) left the company, Warren is by far the largest promoter in Great Britain.

His stars are Dereck Chisora , Joe Calzaghe and Amir Khan , Ricky Hatton was also temporarily under contract with him, but is now boxing on his own account.

Warren was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in June 2008 .
