Frank Wessels (born July 9, 1960 ) is a shipowner from Emden and the chairman of the German Nautical Association .

Honorary positions

  • As chairman of the Nautical Association in Emden (since 1996), Frank Wessels played a key role in the success of the 32nd  German Maritime Conference.
