Franz-Josef Schlapka

Franz-Josef Schlapka (born August 19, 1948 ) is a German civil engineer specializing in project management, strategic project management, construction management advice, strategic advice, supplement management and expert reports for damage to buildings.

Schlapka is the managing partner of IGS Gesellschaft für strategic Projektmanagement mbH and Schlapka Watts GmbH in Berlin, as well as a member of the DVP German Association of Project Managers in the Construction and Real Estate Industry . V.

Teaching

Schlapka has been an honorary professor at the University of Neubrandenburg since 2004 for the areas of construction, project management and construction operations. Before that, from 1998 to 2003 he worked as a lecturer at the above-mentioned institution for the fields of construction, project management and construction operations.
