The house at Franz-Lehmann-Straße 22 is a listed villa in the city of Leuna in Saxony-Anhalt .

location

It is located northeast of Leuna city center on the west side of Franz-Lehmann-Straße . A little further to the east is the Leuna Plastic Park .

Architecture and history

The villa was built in 1919. It is elaborately designed. The entrance area is particularly emphasized by a double flight of stairs . The garden wall enclosing the property is also part of the monument.

In the local register of monuments , the villa is listed as a historical building under registration number 094 20627 .
