The house at Franz-Lehmann-Straße 24 is a listed villa in the city of Leuna in Saxony-Anhalt .

location

It is located northeast of Leuna city center on the west side of Franz-Lehmann-Straße . A little further to the east is the Leuna Plastic Park .

Architecture and history

The villa was built around 1920. The representative and well-proportioned building was mainly designed based on the rococo design language.

In the local register of monuments , the villa is listed as a historical building under registration number 094 20626 .
