Franz Krings (born January 31, 1897 in Bourheim , Jülich district ; † February 7, 1963 ) was a German politician (CDU) .

Krings was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia from December 19, 1946 to April 19, 1947 in its second term of office.
