Franz Salditt

Franz Salditt (* 1939 in Koblenz ) is a German lawyer from Neuwied who maintains a law firm there for criminal and criminal procedural law, business law and tax law. He is also an honorary professor at the Fernuniversität Hagen .

Life

Salditt was born in Koblenz in 1939 and grew up in nearby Neuwied. He received his doctorate in 1969 in Cologne in the field of tax law and began working as a lawyer in 1971. Before that, he worked in financial administration . Salditt's law firm specializes in the area of ​​white-collar crime. He gained national fame through defending Peter Graf , the father of tennis player Steffi Graf , and the Frankfurt contractor Jürgen Schneider . Schneider was charged and convicted of loan fraud running into millions in the 1990s , with Salditt, as defense attorney, pointing out the complicity of the credit company.
