Franz Seraph Anton Bittner
Franz Seraph Anton Bittner (born September 17, 1812 in Opole , † January 21, 1888 in Breslau ) was a German Roman Catholic theologian .
Life
He studied in Breslau from 1831. He received his doctorate before his ordination in Munster for a doctor of theology . After his ordination in 1835 in Breslau, he became professor of dogmatics at the seminary in Poznan in June 1835 , professor of moral theology in Braunsberg in 1848 and in 1850 at the University of Breslau for moral theology. From 1860 to 1867 he did not read because the Missio canonica was withdrawn from him . In 1885 he was released.
