Franz Wolters
Franz Wolters (* in the 19th century; † in the 20th century) was a German syndic and politician.
Life
Not much is documented about Wolter's life; he was a lawyer for industrial associations in Barmen . In 1930 he was a member of the Arb.Gem. Member of the provincial parliament of the Prussian Rhine Province for Wuppertal-Barmen.
