Franz Wulf

Franz Wulf (* 1895 in Warendorf ; † 1940 ) was a German publisher.

Activity as a publisher

In 1908, Wulf founded Franz Wulf Verlag , Warendorf, as a publisher for the Catholic club stages. From 1919 more than 200 titles (games and plays) were published annually.

In 1925, Wulf published the magazine Der Lustigmacher - sheets for happy entertainment in society, family and associations , which was discontinued after a short time.

At the beginning of the 1930s the Wulfs publishing house functions as a theater and music publisher.

In 1937 Franz Wulfs Verlag advertised the anti-Semitic play Der tanzende Jude in its correspondence .
